Darko Milicic joined Grizzlies


The GM of Memphis Grizzlies and Vice-president of the operations Basketball, Chris Wallace announced that the team had signed a contract with the free agent Darko Milicic. According to the policy of the team, the financial terms of the business were not revealed.

Milicic, which has played for four seasons in NBA, joined Grizzlies after having to play for Orlando Magics during one season and half.

It on average posted, in Florida, 7.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.1 master keys and 1.84 counter in 23.1 minutes by matches in 110 matches on the whole (17 times in the five of departure).

The last season (2006-07) with Magics, it posts the best averages of its career in almost each statistical category including the items (8.0), the rebounds (5.5), the master keys (1.1) and counter them (1.75) in 23.9 minutes per match.

In the first turn of the playoffs of Orlando against Strait, Milicic posts an average of 12.3 points and 4.5 rebounds in 28.8 minutes per match (four matches).
