Chauncey Billups resigned with Pistons


Chauncey Billups signed for $60 million, a five year old contract with the Pistons of Strait, it remains with the team with which it helped with reached five finales of Conference of continuation.

The contract is of a value of 46 million $ guaranteed on more than four years and includes/understands an option for the fifth year.

The president of the operations basketball of the Pistons, Joe Dumars stated that it was “very satisfied” to preserve Billups.

“We declared as of the beginning that the fact of resigning Chauncey was our priority and now we can advance by knowing that Chauncey will continue to carry out this team,” Dumars declared in The Associated Press Wednesday afternoon.

“One of the positions most difficult to fill is the position of leader of play and therefore it was urgent that we resign Chauncey.”
